What is the College Board?

Definition:

“College Board” is an organization that simplifies the admission process to American universities. “College Board” is in charge of creating the “standardized tests” like the SAT and the ACT, through which students are tested and evaluate in the admission process to American colleges

 

How can I create a “College Board” account?

Creating a College Board account is fairly simple. You have to go to their official page, click on the link where it says “Sign Up” or “Register”, and then fill out all the personal information that they ask you.

 

What is the purpose of the “College Board”?

“College Board” is an essential tool in the admission process to American Universities. Through this organization, you will be able to sign up and take the SAT and/or the ACT, a basic step in this process. Moreover, “College Board” will be in charge of sending your test scores to the universities you are interested in. Without “College Board”, you won’t be able to apply to an American school.
